Swimming is fun!

 Today I went swimming with a couple friends and our trainer, who is kicka$$!
We did everything in sets of 3's.
  1. Warmup with a kickboard in front with no form specified.
  2. Hold the kickboard next to left obliques, swim with right arm full circle bend when hits water. 
  3. Swim with kickboard or dumbbell out front doing small kicks, from the hips. 
  4. Repeat #2 opposite side.
  5. Swim with kickboard or dumbbell out front doing big kicks, from the hips. 
  6. Frog kicks on back, dumbbells out and down also. 
  7. Run in water holding dumbbells. 
Well maybe I didn't do everything in 3's cuz I was so slow, being my first proper swim workout, that I didn't do as many as my friends, bitches j/k;) I only say that cuz I was told by a friend that one of the "friends" said "I lapped those bitches." ha ha not really a big accomplishment since I suck royally. And furthermore anyone who calls me a b word is a soul sister cuz that means I can call them that too!!!
